Abstract

The Brazilian armaments politic in the begging of XX century and the Naval Program of 1904 and 1906. It talks over the practical and theoretical influences of those politics in the exterior connection of Brazil; the extant rivalry between Brazil with other South American countries by the supremacy in the South Atlantic, and the maintenance security of Brazilian sea during the 1st World War.
